Synthetic resin emulsion concrete that is trowel-applied to form a seamless, non-sparking surface for heavy duty areas and rolling loads. Dex-O-Tex A-70 (VLW) Lightweight Latex Concrete is 20% lighter than standard latex concretes. It is normally applied at between 1-1/4 to 2 inch(31.7 to 50,8 mm) thicknesses - minimum 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) thickness. A-70 (VLW) Lightweight Latex Concrete can also be used as a lightweight underlayment where thicker application is required.
